At Krazy Caterpillar, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if a piece doesn't quite fit your style, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn items. Simply ensure your items are in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the fashion items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn clothing in its original packaging, ensuring all Krazy Caterpillar designer tags and labels remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
